E. Allen Chavez - OwnerE. Allen Chavez has been in the mortgage and real estate industry since 2005, starting at US Bank and then as a Mortgage Consultant. Over the years he has worked with FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA financing as well as Commercial loans, Hard Money lending, seller financing, and other real estate investment lending through investment funds. Within the last four years he has purchased, renovated, and sold a dozen homes.
The perspective of being on the owning, buying, and selling side of the transaction gives him an advantage over most real estate agents. The experience of renovating homes matched with financing requirements can simplify the process for a client.
